What You’ll Do
* Plan and deliver tailored programmes to support young people into successful destinations
* Provide employability training, life skills development, and pastoral care
* Mentor and coach individuals, promoting social inclusion and positive behaviour
* Work closely with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners to build strong support networks
* Set progression targets, monitor delivery quality, and meet KPIs
* Deliver advice and guidance to help learners make informed career choices
* Identify progression opportunities in partnership with Job Coaches and Engagement teams
* Maintain accurate records, comply with safeguarding and data protection standards
About You
* Experience working with young people in education, training, or employability settings
* Strong communication and mentoring skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding, local labour markets, and youth provision
* Organised, proactive, and committed to helping young people succeed
