This is a strategic leadership role focused on harmonising planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and people processes to create a more agile, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain. You’ll lead transformation initiatives that embed best practices, common frameworks, and systems across multiple sites. From developing S&OP processes to driving cross-site projects and building capability, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and long-term value. Key Responsibilities: Lead transformation projects to standardise and optimise end-to-end supply chain processes. Design and implement operating models, governance, and performance frameworks. Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and integration. Develop and own the S&OP process for the category. Build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
