Role Overview
The Sales Support Administrator provides crucial administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Managers to help achieve departmental objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Administer sales processes and support sales and management teams.
* Liaise with key customers and act as a bridge between them and sales.
* Maintain and update data using internal systems and spreadsheets.
* Execute tasks related to sales order processing.
* Assist with customer quotations.
* Uphold strong ethical standards and comply with organisational codes of conduct.
Requirements:
* Experience in a sales support or fast-paced administrative role.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Capable of working independently and within a team.
