Our client based in Northampton require a Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream school working with children with addtional needs ( ADHD, ASD, SEMH)
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of the students. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide individualised support to students who require additional assistance. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs or those who require additional assistance.
Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a personal or professional setting is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, compassionate, and empathetic nature.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our students.Location - Northampton, NN6
Salary - £80-£95 per day
