We're looking for a Qualified Optical Practice Manager (a Dispensing Optician) to oversee two practices in the Dudley area. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine dispensing with leading your teams, driving KPIs, and ensuring the continued success of both businesses.

What You'll Do
* Lead and motivate teams across both practices
* Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent patient care
* Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and grow the business
* Support recruitment, training, and staff development
* Dispense eyewear and provide expert product advice
What We're Looking For
* GOC-registered DO preferred, or strong management background
* Proven experience managing an optical team
* Commercially driven with a track record of hitting KPIs
* A natural leader and strong communicator
