About the Role:
As a Senior Sales and lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in driving property sales and lettings, building strong client relationships, and providing an exceptional level of service from instruction to completion. You'll also support the wider team with mentoring and guidance, contributing to the continued success of our branch.
About You:
Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (Senior experience preferred)
Previous lettings experience would be highly beneficial
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Excellent knowledge of the local property market (Marple & surrounding areas desirable)
Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle Why Country Holmes?
£25,000 - £28,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission
Mileage costs covered within work hours
Ongoing training and development
Pension scheme with company contributions
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Office hours
Monday -Thursday 9-5.30pm
Friday- 9-5pm
Saturday- 9-3pm (One in three)
