Performance Objective
To sell screw-based machinery and associated equipment.
Converting enquiries to equipment propositions to machinery sales.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
* This is primarily an office-based role with occasional site visits to customers.
* Receiving enquiries, designing equipment propositions, and quoting offers to customers.
* Undertaking detailed diligence on enquiries and liaising with customers.
* Following up on all quotations; supporting, guiding, and assisting customers.
* Advising customers on how best to use our equipment.
* Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the value of purchasing our equipment and how it will improve plant performance.
* Collaborating with design, production, and engineering teams.

Person Requirements
* Working knowledge of engineering mathematics and practical engineering.
* Qualification: Degree in engineering or a related science.
* Experience: 10+ years in machinery design including ATEX and safety directives.
* A solid technical background.
* Sound judgment and good business sense.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Organizational skills.
* Teamworking ability.
* Communication and sales skills.

Ideally, a background in the bulk solids handling industry and use of screw conveyors and feeders.
