Overview
We are looking for a versatile, creative and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Marketing to join our Marketing and Admissions team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, monitoring campaign performance and elevating brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver the daily marketing and communications activity for the College on social media channels.
* Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to amplify brand awareness and drive admissions.
* Develop and implement social media strategies and manage content creation.
* Design and produce marketing collaterals (including social media visuals, posters, eDMs etc) primarily using Canva or other design tools.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare analysis reports with data-driven evaluation to drive campaign effectiveness.
* Liaise with internal cross functional teams and external parties (photographers, printers, booth contractors, etc.) and ensure all materials are delivered on time and within budget.
* Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics. Digital savvy.
* Proficient in Canva (Able to produce quality work quickly).
* Familiar with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI image-generation platforms (e.g. Midjourney) is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and good leading skills to achieve goals.
* Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24+ months contract. Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance and dental, staff development support and leave provisions (annual leave, birthday leave, college leave, etc) to eligible appointee.
Appointee will undergo a Medical Examination and the Sexual Conviction Record Check.
