Your new role
As a Quality Technician working on a double-day shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, supporting root cause analysis, and driving quality improvements across the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies
* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to verify product compliance
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances
* Maintain accurate quality records including inspection reports and NCRs
* Support internal and external audits
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
* Assist in the calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment
