Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Billing and Validation Administrator to join our Billing and Validation team in Wednesbury.

The successful candidate will work in a central administration function, performing duties around order validation, invoicing, and applications to partners such as Virgin Media. A professional and confidential manner will be required and all times.
What will you be doing?
As a Billing and Validation Administrator, your core responsibilities will be –
Validation duties:
* Uploading, validating and quality checking orders received from customers within set SLA’s.
* Referring jobs back to the customer.
* Answering internal & external stakeholders with job queries proactively.
* Emailing job packs to the relevant Planning Manager.
* Daily updates of Force – our clients’ database system.
* Responsible for the Emergency Response Service (ERS) phone within working hours.
Billing duties:
* Validating drawings on job packs, ‘as-builts’ and supplier invoices.
* Processing applications to Virgin Media.
* Uploading documents and processes onto EOS database.
* Responsible for storing backup information correctly on the system.
* Exceptions payments, reporting, and dealing with Deviation from Estimates (DFE’s).
* Control of work in progress, ensuring sales targets are met, and any other duties with the accountabilities of the post.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel, Word and databases.

Desirable:
* Experience in invoicing or a customer service environment is desirable.
* Knowledge of telecommunications, or business & civils engineering, is desirable.
