Co-ordinate and chair design team meetings with internal and external participants 4. Attend and contribute to progress meetings on site as required. 5. Co-ordinate the planning process where required and review planning approval to ensure conditions are addressed prior to start on site 6. Agree construction specification, SAP and bream strategy for the project 7. Coordinate the submission of a Building Control application and supporting documentation 8. Liaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress all relevant Technical matters 9. Assist Commercial and Buying teams in review and approval of subcontractor design information. 10.
