You'll follow our thoughtfully designed curriculum, ensuring each day is engaging and enriching for the children.
Our outdoor environment is at the heart of what we do, so a passion for outdoor learning is essential. You'll have the opportunity to create hands-on, nature-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth.

The position is across the 51 weeks a year that the setting is open.

* Plan and lead engaging, creative sessions that align with our curriculum and values.
* Build strong relationships with parents and work in partnership with other external agencies.
* Participate in meetings with parents, sharing progress and discussing individual needs.

* Multitasking skills of a pro, reading stories, answering questions, and explaining how the world works (sometimes all at once).
* The time to encourage independence, even if it means waiting patiently while a child learns to zip up their jacket.
In return, we'll offer:
* A fun, exciting, and dynamic environment—no two days are the same
* A supportive, collaborative team that feels like family.
* The chance to build close, long-lasting relationships with the children and their families.
