*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently - Answer phone calls and emails in a polite and helpful manner - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with administrative tasks as needed *Skills* - Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour - Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple lines - Strong guest service orientation with a passion for hospitality - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
