Job Title: Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

We are assisting our client in their search for a Conveyancing Secretary, this is a great opportunity to join their established team in Tonbridge.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team.
* Handle all related correspondence and legal documentation for property transactions.
* Assist in preparing and managing contracts, leases, transfers, and other legal paperwork.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all files are up-to-date and organised efficiently.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.
* Conduct property searches and gather necessary documentation to support conveyancing processes.
* Schedule appointments, manage diaries, and coordinate meetings as required.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, with demonstrable expertise in conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
