1. Leading classroom activities in line with provided lesson plans

3. Maintaining classroom discipline and following school behaviour policies
4. Providing feedback to teaching staff
Essential Skills:
5. Strong communication skills and confident classroom presence
6. Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
7. Previous experience working with young people
8. An up-to-date DBS (or willingness to apply)
