Truro and Penwith College are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Examinations Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the operational processes for internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with College and awarding body regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with the organisation and administration of exams, including GCSEs, A-Levels, vocational and professional qualifications.
•Maintain accurate records of exam entries, results, and certificates.
•Liaise with staff and invigilators to support students during exams.
•Ensure secure handling and distribution of exam papers and materials.
•Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience in an administrative or office-based role.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.
•Previous experience in education or exams support is desirable.
