Your new role | Regulatory Compliance and Conduct Are you an expert in FCA regulatory compliance with a passion for building strong frameworks and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive compliance for our UK entities, ensuring robust policies, controls, and a culture of excellence. Reporting to the Head of Group Risk & Compliance International here in London, you’ll lead the Regulatory Team (2-3 Colleagues) within the Line 2 Risk Function for our UK operations working across: Regulatory Compliance Frameworks Compliance Monitoring & Assurance Policies Training, & Awareness Regulatory & Business Engagement Regulatory Compliance Advice Governance & Reporting What you’ll do: Lead and develop regulatory compliance frameworks and policies for our UK operations. Oversee compliance monitoring, assurance, and reporting to ensure adherence to FCA regulations. Advise on regulatory matters, interpret new requirements, and provide practical solutions. Act as a key contact for UK regulators and represent the business at external events. Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners. Inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing team, embedding a culture of integrity and service excellence. What you’ll bring: Extensive experience in FCA regulatory compliance within occupational pension schemes or investment firms. In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks and the FCA Handbook. Exposure working in small to medium size investment offices. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A relevant degree or equivalent in this space Hold an accreditation in Risk Management or be willing to obtain one after joining the Fund.
