Project Officer: Made Smarter Adoption East of England | 9987 | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027 | 37 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum (Scale H) | County Hall, Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term Project Officer within the Economic Development's Innovation and Sectors team. Hybrid working with office base being County Hall in Norwich.
We are looking for a hardworking, client focused and efficient team member. As a Project Officer you will work with the Programme Manager and key stakeholders to support the definition, planning and delivery of the Made Smarter Adoption programme which will support East of England manufacturing and engineering SMEs with the adoption and implementation of digital technologies, ensuring that programme controls are in place for successful delivery of the expected benefits and outcomes.
With a track record of collaboration, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of the Made Smarter Adoption Programme across Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire. Strong communication, marketing and analytical skills will be essential to enable management of programme deliverables and support with lead generation for the programme.
You will be responsible for the planning and organisation of events and activities and travel and accommodation booking arrangements along with client engagement, reporting and other project support.
