We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion. Duties
* Coordinate patient treatment schedules and appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient use of resources.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their queries and providing information about treatment options.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with dental or medical staff to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
* Assist in the preparation of treatment proposals and financial estimates for patients.
* Monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey, providing support and encouragement as needed.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improve service delivery.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
* Excellent organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in using office software and managing electronic health records.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
