Pastoral Administration Assistant Kingsbury School Permanent, Full time, required as soon as possible Grade E: £20,302 – £20,641 pa pro rata (£23,500 - £23,983 pa FTE). Term time only plus 5 teacher training days (39 weeks). 37 hours a week. 8.15am to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 3.45pm on a Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day. This is an exciting new role at Kingsbury School. We are looking for an excellent administrator to be the key point of contact for the pastoral team. You will be supporting our pastoral hub by managing diaries, liaising with parents/carers, facilitating meetings, producing letters, working with external agencies, and providing all round administrative support. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience in a forward-thinking environment and to put your strong administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.
