Benefits & Perks: Competitive hourly rate of £13.26 Weekly pay Opportunities for professional development Nearby parking available at Civic Centre Supportive and collaborative work atmosphere Responsibilities: As a Keeper, you will: Assist in delivering comprehensive Fire & Security management services Open and close the Civic Centre and other key buildings per operational requirements Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff Monitor CCTV systems and take appropriate action to ensure safety Act as a security officer, remaining vigilant and proactive Respond to emergencies, including administering First Aid when necessary Collaborate with emergency services during incidents affecting Council properties Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Strong knowledge of Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures Experience in Security Management and Customer Service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving licence and use of own vehicle (Standard DBS role) Commitment to Health and Safety standards Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Familiarity with alarm systems and general maintenance Previous experience in facilities management or similar roles First Aid training (defibrillator training a plus) Technologies: CCTV Monitoring Systems Alarm Systems General maintenance tools and equipment How to apply: If you're ready to take on a rewarding role that makes a real difference, we want to hear from you!
