Email Marketing & CRM Executive Manchester (Hybrid) £30,000 – £35,000 per year We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketing & CRM Executive to help bring our email and SMS campaigns to life. You’ll play a key role in creating smart, engaging communications that keep customers connected — from automated journeys to one-off campaigns that really deliver results. If you love combining creativity with data, and enjoy seeing your ideas turn into measurable success, this could be the perfect next step for you. What you’ll do Build and manage engaging email and SMS campaigns. Create audience segments and automated journeys that improve the customer experience. Support with designing and testing new email templates. Report on performance and share insights that drive improvements. Work closely with others to bring new ideas to the table and make them happen. What we’re looking for ✅ At least 2 years’ experience in email marketing or CRM. ✅ Confident using ESP or CRM platforms (Klaviyo or Brevo experience is a big plus). ✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. ✅ A great communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment. ✅ Passionate about digital marketing and customer engagement. ✨ Bonus points for: Basic HTML knowledge (or the desire to learn).
