Summary
We are looking for a Rural Surveyor to join us, managing our diverse let estate portfolio across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Supporting the Estate Managers, you will mainly be looking after the West Oxfordshire portfolio and the Thames Valley and Cliveden portfolios. Joining our team, you’ll take on interesting rural surveying work that will help us to deliver sustainable land and property management, for everyone, for ever.
This role provides the opportunity for the rural surveyor to work over a number of locations, with the focus being predominantly across the West Oxfordshire portfolio which includes one of the largest let estates in the National Trust at Buscot & Coleshill.
Your contractual place of work can be either Hughenden Manor or the Coleshill Estate Office. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.
Due to the travel required for this role, you must hold a full driving license with access to your own vehicle, business mileage claimable through expenses.
We are offering a salary circa £42,000 per annum.
