Part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans to continue protecting the world's heating and cooling systems, to have a positive impact on the environment and people's lives. The Role To support the development and delivery of a world class Supply Chain and Planning function. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain and Planning Manager, this role focuses on supporting the company’s Supply Chain Strategy and Planning function. Key Responsibilities Create a Production Plan to achieve the groups’ business objectives with respect to resources and capacity requirements Monitor stock levels plus ascertain stock availability Work with Production Manager to monitor standard run times and look for CI opportunities Communication with internal Stakeholders to ensure stock is expedited in a timely fashion Work with the Production Manager to calculate production capacity vs forecast using production lead times, shift pattern and head count Work with NPI to arrange master samples and initial production runs Play a leading role with the Sales, and Operations Planning process – S&OP Monitor and report on forecast accuracy / adherence and provide recommendations for stock levels Assist with improvements for all supply chain activities and processes Be involved in the risk management and mitigation requirements process for the Supply Chain function Support the manufacturing planning and control system (MPC) to ensure customer priority and service levels are balanced with available capacity Follow, promote, and enforce supply chain SOP’s and Company policies and procedures Provide customer OTIF reports and analysis The Person Ability to prioritise and manage complex multiple tasks in a calm manner Supply Chain Planning experience in HVAC industry or similar Understanding of integrated business concepts and systems Experience of MRP/ MRP II/ ERP systems Experience of Kanban Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Query Word, PowerPoint SharePoint etc.) Comfortable analysing, preparing and presenting data Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision Can prioritise tasks effectively Excellent with data collection, monitoring and analysis Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making Excellent communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Proactive mindset with a hands on approach Structured and analytical Confident Attention to detail The Benefits 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Pension contribution matched up to 8% Life Assurance 3x base salary Private health scheme Genuit sharesave scheme Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
