Job Description:
We're currently working in close partnership with a growing consultancy that is searching for a skilled PK/PD modeller. This role requires extensive use of mechanistic PK/PD modelling and Population PK/PD to drive drug development into first-in-human trials and across clinical development.
Responsibilities:
* Implement model-based drug development strategies to support nonclinical development
* Provide hands-on modelling and simulation expertise for PK/PD and PBPK projects
* Serve as a key member of discovery project teams as a PK expert
* Contribute to regulatory summaries of PK documents
* Mentor junior modellers in the team
Requirements:
* PhD in a scientific discipline
* Proven industry experience contributing to drug development from a PK/PD perspective
* Hands-on expertise in PK/PD modelling and simulation
* Proficiency with software including Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, etc.
