Attacat is looking for an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager with extensive experience in managing inbound campaigns, ideally with HubSpot.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving clients’ inbound marketing efforts, nurturing and coaching clients and team members to align with the inbound approach, which includes:
* Attracting the right audience with valuable content, conversations, and experiences that position businesses as trusted advisors.
* Presenting insights and solutions aligned with clients' pain points and goals to encourage engagement and conversions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Strategy and delivery
* Conducting content gap analyses to create and publish valuable content such as guides, tools, and solutions.
* Applying SEO strategies (onsite and offsite) to optimize content and monitor SEO opportunities.
* Creating, managing, and optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing via email, content, and social channels.
* Implementing conversational strategies to support and gather feedback from customers.
* Understanding the customer journey and employing tactics at various stages from awareness to advocacy.
* Proficiency with HubSpot or similar tools, structuring retainers around their functionalities.
* Interpreting data to provide insights and clarity to clients.
Client and team communications
* Collaborating with internal teams such as PPC and social media specialists.
* Developing strategies that foster long-term client relationships over transactional ones.
* Working with sales teams to measure inbound marketing effectiveness and drive customer acquisition.
Training and development
* Staying updated with SEO, search trends, and industry developments.
* Ensuring inbound marketing processes are documented and aligned with standards.
Growth
* Tracking and reporting growth metrics for accounts.
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Requirements
* Experience managing diverse marketing campaigns with a hands-on approach.
* Results-driven, proactive, and committed to ownership.
* Proficiency with Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, and SEO tools.
* Proven ROI from marketing activities.
* Comfortable with the commercial aspects of marketing.
