Responsibilities
* Serve customers on the trade counter and ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the products they receive.
* Ask the right questions to ensure the customer has the right products for their requirements.
* Follow company procedures regarding paperwork for account customers and handle cash sales for non-account customers.
* Merchandise the shop area and maintain excellent standards.
What We Are Looking For
* Personality is key; you will be given training and support to gain the necessary technical skills.
* Great interpersonal skills, quick to learn, and able to work accurately at pace.
