Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Locality Team for London Borough of Sutton.
Team Manager - Locality Team - £45.20 p/h Umb
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and provide leadership to a frontline team delivering statutory children's social care services.
* Oversee Child in Need, Child Protection and court cases to ensure compliance with legislation and timescales.
* Provide regular supervision and ensure high standards of practice across the team.
* Quality assure assessments, reports and care plans to maintain robust safeguarding standards.
* Support staff with complex decision-making and risk management.
* Monitor performance indicators and contribute to service development initiatives.
* Attend strategy meetings, case conferences and other key multi-agency forums.
* Ensure effective workload management and staff wellbeing within the team.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £45.20 per hour Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience within children's social care
* Management or supervisory experience within a frontline safeguarding/Locality team
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of Children Act 1989 and safeguarding legislation
