The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in developing and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with the organisation's overall mission. This is a on-site position, Monday - Friday in West Berkshire. You may have the opportunity to work from home as and when needed, but hybrid working is not offered on a weekly basis due to the nature of the role.\n\nClient Details\n\nThis opportunity will see you working in beautiful grounds, with your time split across one of the UKs leading independent boarding schools and the associated prep school.
You'll be joining a team of 5 in HR and reporting directly to the Head of HR. This is a pivotal time for the People team, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of projects, whilst continuing to support the schools with day to day activities.\n\nDescription\n\nThe HR Business Partner will:\n\nSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems\nProvide advice on policies and procedures\nBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process\nCreate and implement effective onboarding plans\nDevelop training and development programmes\nAssist in performance management processes\nSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issues \n\nProfile\n\nA successful HR Business Partner should have:\n\nProven experience as an HR Business Partner\nSolid knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)\nCIPD Level 5Experience within an education setting would be preferred but isn't essential - so please apply if you're an HRBP considering an industry change!\n\nJob Offer\n\nWhat will you get?\n\nA competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on experience\nGenerous holiday allowance of 25 days\nAn inclusive company culture that encourages personal development\nHealth care cash plan\nFree Lunch on Site\nHealth club and golf course membership
