The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many London landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Stores Manager, you will inspire excellence within your team and provide a reliable and organised support function. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of stores, from managing orders, deliveries and stock control, to stock takes and supporting the business through peak periods.
* You will be knowledgeable on stock rotations, different stock storage needs and be a natural problem solver
* Be computer literate and have experience of stock control systems
* Cultivate an inclusive team environment, developing excellent relations with the teams you support
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a management role, ideally within a stores environment, with a passion for delivering extraordinary results.
* A guest-centric mindset, focused on creating a positive experience for every customer.
* Strong leadership skills to effectively coach and develop team members, helping them reach their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement with the departments you support and the wider management team
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, maintaining a positive outlook while driving performance.
