We have a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager. Reporting into our Head of Sales you will play a critical role in ensuring occupancy targets across our portfolio of student bedrooms are met, taking a lead on all demand generation marketing activities, and working closely with the wider marketing function and other teams to understand objectives and priorities.
You will provide creative leadership, generating and effectively implementing innovative new strategies to promote our portfolio in the best possible way. You will also play a key account management role with university partners where we are contracted to provide marketing services and be responsible for effectively influencing other partners on best-in-class delivery of marketing activity.
Effectively prioritising projects to deliver a broad workload will be key to success in this role, alongside providing in depth reporting and ROI on results back to the business. You will also work directly with our university partners to develop their bespoke accommodation marketing strategies.

This hybrid role based in our award-winning offices near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations, with regular travel to work with our on‑site teams.
We are looking for a passionate senior marketing professional with:
* A solid educational background with several years’ experience in a demand generation marketing role
* Some experience gained within student accommodation, PBSA, property or other lettings setting with an understanding of the student accommodation landscape and lettings cycle
* Proven track record of success in generating leads and converting them into customers
* Solid experience of delivering complex multi‑channel campaigns from planning through execution and delivery, incl. briefing and managing agencies
* Confident in managing data and being focused on measurable outcomes and marketing ROI
* Project management and influencing skills with the ability to work with multiple teams/stakeholders and meet deadlines
* Expertise in optimising digital channels, such as email marketing, PPC, and social media
* Deep understanding of the most effective marketing channels with ability to use them to generate demand
Alongside this, you will bring creative thinking, engaging communications and multi‑channel experience to build and execute a broad range of marketing programmes across multiple audiences.
