This is £26,280 per annum. (FTE is 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time)

As a growing charity, we are looking to expand our team of Support Workers to provide valuable and caring support to adults with learning disabilities. This particular role will provide support to a sociable 43 year old lady with a great sense of humour. She loves to play games like hide and seek, she can be mischievous at times and is lots of fun.

Requirements:
* You hold a full manual UK driving licence
* Shifts usually run from 7am-2.30pm, and 2.30pm-10pm with a requirement for alternate weekends. Flexibility is key!
* A nurturing, supportive and patient approach
* Strong communication skills, being able to pick up on both verbal and non-verbal cues
