Office Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office administration and workflow
* Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and support senior leadership
* Handle correspondence, telephone enquiries, and client communications
* Maintain office systems and documentation with accuracy
* Support HR admin tasks including onboarding and records
* Coordinate with site teams to ensure seamless communication
Office Manager Criteria:
* Strong office management or administration experience
* Excellent communicator with great organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
