Duties of a Vehicle Technician
* Conducting vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults accurately
* Performing a range of repairs, from standard servicing to larger mechanical jobs
* Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and quality expectations
* Working efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician
* Level 3 vehicle technician qualification preferred; Level 2 considered with strong experience
* MOT licence would be a significant advantage
* Experience from a fast-fit centre, independent garage, or main dealer environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Good knowledge of current vehicle technology and repairs
