You will be expected to lead and co-ordinate shifts as Nurse in Charge, along with safely dispensing and administering medication to patients, in line with the 6 Rs and safe medication management.
You will assist our dedicated members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in implementing and evaluating individual collaborative care plans by working alongside the patient to support their recovery journey. Your duties will also include actively supporting individual clients in engaging with their local community and reducing social isolation.
Other responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical and managerial supervision to a team of colleagues
* Promote the further progression, training and study in others to develop professionally
