Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Sub Agent to join their team on the prestigious Devonport Docks project in Plymouth. As part of a significant heavy civils upgrades initiative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of heavy civils works to ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints.
Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering teams to implement design specifications and resolve technical issues.
Manage subcontractors and workforce, providing support and guidance as needed.
Monitor project performance and report progress to the senior management team.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and address concerns.
