Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience creating high-quality iPhone content
Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, forward-thinking Creative Content Executive to lead the execution of content across all social channels. This role will work closely with the Campaign & Brand Manager to bring a best-in-class visual identity to the brand, ensuring every asset is high quality, distinctive, trend-relevant and aligned with brand values.
This is a hands-on creative production role, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends, has strong visual instincts, and is confident producing and delivering a high volume of content using an iPhone.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Execution
Produce high-quality iPhone-shot content across all formats (video, stills, lifestyle, product). Own the end-to-end creative execution from concept to shoot to edit. Deliver a consistent pipeline of fresh, engaging content aligned to brand and campaign direction. Ensure all content is optimised for each platform’s format, trends and user behaviour.
2. Social Content Scheduling & Copywriting
Schedule social content across platforms in line with agreed calendars and timelines. Write engaging, on-brand captions under the guidance of the Brand & Campaign Manager. Ensure copy supports campaign objectives, key messages and brand tone of voice. Work closely with the wider team to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
3. Social-First Creative Strategy Support
Work closely with the Brand & Campaign Manager to create content engineered for performance. Support the brand aesthetic across campaigns, product launches and BAU activity. Interpret briefs quickly and creatively, presenting new ideas and visual concepts. Deliver content that enhances channel growth, engagement and thumb-stopping potential.
4. Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay ahead of social trends, platform shifts, editing styles and cultural moments. Bring new, reactive ideas to the team weekly. Identify emerging formats and adapt content styles to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
5. High-Volume Content Output
Manage and deliver a high frequency of content across multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, Meta and Community Channels. Maintain an organised workflow to meet weekly and monthly output targets. Ensure quick turnarounds and agile content delivery for reactive moments.
6. Brand Alignment & Quality Control
Ensure all content reflects brand values, tone and visual identity. Maintain consistency across shoots, editing styles, lighting and composition. Collaborate closely with the Brand & Campaign Manager to uphold a premium, recognisable brand aesthetic.
Experience & Skills Required
* Minimum 3 years’ experience producing high-quality iPhone-shot content (video and stills).
* Minimum 3 years’ experience designing social graphics using Canva. Demonstrated experience creating content for multiple social platforms. Strong understanding of social trends, editing styles, audio trends and platform behaviour.
* Ability to produce high volumes of content without compromising quality.
* Skilled in mobile editing apps including CapCut, InShot, Lightroom Mobile and VSCO.
* Strong visual eye, creative agility and confidence directing shoots.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and a proactive mindset.
