Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve a newly implemented internal customer operations platform. We're looking for someone who has managed internal tools, service platforms, or CRM-style products and loves working with operational teams. You'll take ownership of a newly landed platform, shape how it evolves, and directly impact how internal teams operate every day. Big scope, high visibility, and plenty of autonomy.
If you've product-managed tools used by Customer Service/Customer Ops teams, this role is a great match.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the roadmap for an internal customer operations platform
* Manage the relationship with the external vendor (supplier management is key!)
* Run two roadmaps:
* Vendor roadmap
* Internal configuration & optimisation roadmap
* Work closely with Customer Service leaders to understand needs
* Support internal config specialists
* Prioritise improvements, fixes, automation and enhancements
* Help embed, stabilise and continuously improve the platform
What We're Looking For
* Product Manager experience with internal tools (CRM, service platforms, workflow tools, etc.
* Strong vendor/supplier management experience
* Experience partnering with Customer Service or Operational teams
* Great stakeholder management and ability to translate operational needs into product requirements
Nice to have: Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow or similar platform exposure.

Salary is paying up to £60,000 with bonus and further benefits. The role is on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week from the office (one of these days will be a Tuesday)
