Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience working on Commercial Fit-Out projects looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a business that'll continually invest in you and your career?
On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be responsible for the mechanical design and specification of fit-out projects, coordinate packages and produce high-level drawings that are functional, safe and compliant with building regulations as well as working specifically to the requirements of a project. You'll be producing detailed drawings for HVAC, Water, Plumbing, Compressed Air Systems and Refrigeration.
This Company have been established for over a decade and have built a fantastic reputation within the industry. They specialize in meeting the needs of food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturers all the way from initial conception all the way through to fit-out.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer who is proficient with Revit and has a background working on fit-out projects within the food, beverage and manufacturing sectors .
The Role:
* Responsible for the Mechanical design and specification of fit-out projects.
* Work to specific requirements of a project and produce detailed technical drawings
* Work systematically to ensure completion of tasks to meet strict deadlines
* Follow specifications and calculations to technical drawings
* Work cross functionally with mechanical contractors to develop electrical designs
* Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations
The Person:
* Proficient with Revit
* Industry relevant qualification
* Mechanical Design experience within the commercial building sector
