We’re working exclusively with a respected organisation in Tunbridge Wells that is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their collaborative HR team and deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone currently in a legal or financial services setting, looking to expand their HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers, involved in a broad mix of ER, recruitment, early careers, engagement, and strategic people initiatives that directly influence the culture and success of the firm.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Acting as a first point of contact for people matters across key business areas
2. Coaching and guiding managers through complex employee relations issues (disciplinaries, grievances, performance)
