Job Description
Business Management Officer plays a key role in supporting strategic planning, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency across business units. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, KPIs and Business Objectives.
* Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and annual operating plans.
* Support the preparation and tracking of business unit KPIs, business objectives, budgets, and forecasts using and extracting data from SAP.
* Collaborate with business heads to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Provide analytical support by producing dashboards, reports, and insights on financial and operational metrics.
* Evaluate business performance against targets and highlight variances with recommendations.
* Support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives or transformation projects.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and resolve bottlenecks.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
* Assist in the preparation of business review materials and compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
* Act as liaison between different departments (e.g., Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR).
* Support internal communications and updates for executive reporting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Relevant experience in business management, corporate planning, or financial services.
* Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, SAP), and financial modelling.
* Strategic thinking and business acumen
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
