Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS includes brands such as Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of centres with a workforce of 1,500, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace focused on learning and development.
Launched in 2006 as a new brand concept based on an Agency Model, TPS centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of centres nationwide.

What will you be doing?
As Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to meet business plans and objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, developing strategic plans, and maintaining effective processes for a successful TPS Centre.
* Achieve centre targets and business objectives
* Translate sales targets into departmental goals and set challenging yet achievable objectives with management
* Motivate, recognize, and incentivize the team
* Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide support as needed
* Develop a Manpower Plan and implement a succession plan
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the business
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
* Implement sales strategies to increase revenue
* Monitor business performance regularly and identify improvement opportunities
* Analyze market data to understand sales opportunities
* Work towards achieving business plans and budgets, controlling costs and maintaining gross margins
* Ensure compliance with standards, legal, financial, and ethical guidelines, including warranty policies
* Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure the security of stock and premises
