Our leading North-East based client specialises in providing a refurbishment service into their commercial and industrial customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business, with a long standing reputation for delivering a quality service to their clients.Role Profile:
* Identify potential prospects from lead database and open doors for the Managing Director
* Chase old quotes and creating a call back diary for the future ensuring no opportunity is lost.
* Build relationships with existing customers to establish further needs.
* Effectively handle incoming marketing leads
Person Specification:
* A confident, articulate character with ability to build strong relationships.
* Experience in a B2B construction-related environment would be advantageous.
* Minimum of 12 months in a lead generation/business development role.
* Previous experience in an outbound sales role.
* Resilient and motivated to win business.
* IT literate with knowledge of using LinkedIn and databases.
