Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor – Essex & East London

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
We are looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor to manage a portfolio of healthcare sites across Essex and East London. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of high-end, critical environments.
Candidate must be living in either Essex OR East London due to the location of the sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, completing all required documentation
* Maintain plant rooms to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
* Manage reactive maintenance in line with contractual requirements
* Oversee minor works and improvements, including contractor supervision on-site
* Attend and contribute to client meetings
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of engineers and subcontractors
* Coordinate maintenance schedules and small project works to ensure seamless service delivery

* Professional and well-presented, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role
* Flexible approach, with availability for occasional weekend work
* Relevant electrical qualifications
