Rate of Pay: £13.93- £17.53 per hour
Summary:
Opus People Solutions is recruiting a temporary Business Support Administrator on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council to support the Educational Inclusion and Partnerships Team (EIPT). The role is full-time and on-site, and is responsible for assisting the team in fulfilling the local authority's statutory duties concerning children and young people of statutory school age. This includes duties related to Elective Home Education (EHE), Children Missing Education (CME), and Child Employment and Entertainment (CEE).
Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and coordinating individual work, ensuring tasks are completed within internal, external, and statutory timescales.
* Recording, maintaining, updating, and analysing reports and records for caseloads
* Acting as the first point of contact for electronic and telephone queries.
* Triaging messages and directing them to the relevant departments.
* Supporting safeguarding and complying with statutory Council Policies and Procedures.
Essentials:
* Previous experience working in administrative roles.
* Good skills using Microsoft Applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
* You should have right to work in U.K
* This role requires a Basic DBS
