You will be responsible for compliance for UK & Irish companies as well as liaising with advisors to manage overseas tax, withholding taxes & tax audits. The role combines hands‑on compliance as well as working on a range of tax advisory projects, such as due diligence, structuring for acquisitions and disposals, corporate simplification projects and governance projects.
Ideally you will be qualified and at manager level, although strong Assistant Managers will also be considered. A great role for someone who enjoys variety and is keen to develop within a growing, forward‑thinking organisation.
