Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. You will play a crucial role in supporting children's development and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Duties
* Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Supervise and support the nursery team, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring effective communication with parents and guardians.
* Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and stimulating for all children.
* Work closely with management to uphold policies, procedures, and best practices within the nursery setting.
Skills
* Strong background in early childhood education with relevant qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent).
* Experience working with children in various capacities, including childcare or nursery settings.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
