Job Description
The role of Customer Relationship Specialist is essential to our team. You will assist and retain current UK Fuels clients, providing solutions to meet their needs. There are also opportunities for a Team Leader role in this area. The position is based at our Crewe Eurocard office, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
* Make a high volume of outbound telephone calls to retain and service customers.
* Maintain a positive relationship between Radius and our customers.
* Answer questions about products and the Radius business.
* Drive retention by taking feedback and implementing improvements.
* Offer services based on customer requirements.
* Drive sales and upsell Radius products and services.
Requirements
* Fuel account knowledge or experience in the industry is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Driven approach to meet and exceed customer expectations.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel).
