We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Weekday Breakfast Staff Member to join our team. This role is essential in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to quality and presentation
* Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
* Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
* Manage time effectively to meet service demands during busy periods
* Set the breakfast room for events.
Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
* Ability to provide outstanding guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team environment
