Our client, one of the UK's most successful Mobile Vehicle Repair Services, is recruiting for a Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their team covering the Wolverhampton and Dudley areas. Duties
* Providing high-quality roadside repairs and diagnostics to a diverse range of vehicles
* Delivering excellent customer service and technical advice
* Ensuring vehicle safety and compliance through accurate inspections and repairs
* Maintaining documentation of work performed
* Embracing ongoing training, including Electric Vehicle technology
* Working efficiently to meet service schedules and customer expectations
* Contributing to the team to uphold company standards and reputation
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Roadside Mechanic
* Full valid UK driving licence
* Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
* Commitment to delivering high standards of quality and safety
